A Pet Living Will ensures your wishes are communicated should your animal companion fall ill or be injured when in the care of others, and you cannot be reached. The Pet Living Wills provides your pet's veterinarian, and other pet care providers authorized by you with timely read only access, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Only you can change your Pet Living Will details via a secure login.

As a new Pet Living Wills member you will receive in the mail a Pet Living Wills welcome letter including four Pet Living Will membership cards that you can provide to your designated pet care givers - e.g. your veterinarian or petsitter. The card also includes clear instructions for accessing your Pet Living Will by phone or over the internet.
Most importantly you'll have peace of mind, knowing that should anything ever happen to your pet when you're not within reach, your wishes will be communicated to the veterinarian. Peace of mind for pet lovers.
The annual subscription for one Pet Living Will is $49 and $39 for each additional pet. As a loyalty bonus all Pet Living Will renewals are $39.
